How should I care for my equipment?
Follow our washing instructions to avoid getting stuck with a stinky brace:
Many braces on the market are made from neoprene (a synthetic material used to make wetsuits) or similar materials. Neoprene is not "breathable" and absorbs sweat, which can create unpleasant odors and serve as a breeding ground for bacteria. Maznviso products are different because they are made from high-quality knitted materials. Knit braces are more durable, wick away moisture, and can be easily washed in a regular washing machine.
·Machine wash or hand wash in cold water.
·Mild detergent.
·Tumble dry low.
·Do not bleach.
·Do not iron.
·Do not use softener.
·Do not dry clean
If your product has a Velcro strap (like a knee brace), make sure it is not attached to a knitted fabric, but to the same type of material.
How to get the correct measurement results?
Products used with compression, such as our supports and sleeves, need to fit your body like a second skin to ensure you get the best protection and recovery possible.
You will need:
· A measuring tape
· A second person can also help.

If between sizes, choose the larger size.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@maznviso.com within 24 hours of purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
What if I fill in the wrong delivery address?
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@maznviso.com.
If your order has already been shipped or was delivered to the wrong address, we will charge you the shipping costs to resend your order.
My package is lost, what should I do?
Maznviso is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the shipping address provided. Please contact us at support@maznviso.com to obtain delivery date confirmation, tracking information, and carrier information for customer investigation.
